Product documentation website
A modern documentation experience with search, multi-level navigation, and distributed authoring.
The starting point
Product documentation lived across scattered pages and PDFs, so customers struggled to find answers and support fielded the same questions repeatedly. Content updates bottlenecked through individual employees, which meant the docs often lagged behind the product.
The work
We built a documentation site on a modern tech stack with full search and multi-level navigation, plus a distributed authoring workflow so product teams can publish updates quickly across multiple team members. Content is structured so both customers and AI agents can find it and use it.
The outcome
Customers now self-serve answers that previously went to support, and documentation stays current because team members can publish quickly, directly to the web. Questions that used to arrive as tickets now resolve before anyone opens one.
