A framework for bringing independent products together into one coherent SaaS experience.
The starting point
Several products had evolved independently, each with its own admin interface, navigation, and conventions. Customers who used more than one had to learn each separately, and every team was solving the same interface problems in a different way.
The work
We defined a framework for a single, coherent admin experience: shared navigation, common patterns, and clear rules for how each product plugs into it. Alongside it we set out a sequenced migration path so teams could adopt the framework without pausing their own roadmaps.
The outcome
A multi-year phased migration is now underway. Product teams build against one agreed structure instead of each inventing their own, and customers get a more consistent experience with every product that moves onto the framework.
